Happy 2nd Blog Birthday!

Just a quick post today to celebrate the second blog birthday of FIby35. I had been considering starting a blog for several months before finally publishing my very first post on January 18, 2021.

Some stats from the past year:

Page views: 279
Visitors: 192
Most page views in one day: 22
Followers: 4 (Hi, Mom!)

Of the 16 posts, these were the 5 most popular in terms of page views:

Apparently people are still interested in travel hacking Hawaii, since that post was from 2021.

Stats were down across the board this year as the number of posts was far less than Year 1. We had a lot going on in 2022! I kept up with the monthly financial updates, but additional information was scarce. I have a backlog of information to share on all the cities we visited on our trip through Europe last fall, as well as a few other smaller vacations. I’m hoping to do a better job of filling in the gaps before the next blog birthday comes and goes.

Obviously, I haven’t hit it big yet in terms of popularity, but that wasn’t my intent in the first place. I’ll continue posting in hopes that documenting our journey to FI and beyond will be entertaining (and maybe even helpful) for somebody someday.
